Bal Sabha School “Bal Sabha” Activities for Kids conducted by India Club of Greater Dayton
A Journey in to the heart of Indian culture and values… “Baal Sabha” is a Sunday gathering for children of India Club Members to learn about their Indian heritage in an interactive setting. School age (6-14yr) children will be exposed to the history, geography, social and cultural diversity that their parents grew up with. ACTIVITIES FOR BAL SABHA 2010
Welcome to our India Club-Baal Sabha grand opening on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at Hindu Temple from 2:00 to 5:00 PM 2010 Theme - TRAVEL INDIA THROUGH ITS STATESALL THE CHILDREN WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN ABOUT INDIA BY KNOWING THEIR OWN STATES. We will learn about each state (Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, Himanchal Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and ALL other states based on alphabetic order) We will cover following topics regarding the States of India:
At the end of the session we will have the BAL SABHA SYMPOSIUM where a student belonging to a particular state will represent and present a poster about that state and one dish from that particular state will be served as a snack, where parents , family ,friends will be invited REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN ON JANUARY 31st |
